Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, BitLuxe does not accept returns or refunds once the order has been shipped.

Refunds are not available for any reason, including change of mind or incorrect address.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will review and may issue a replacement if applicable.
Since we accept only cryptocurrency payments, refunds cannot be processed through crypto channels once confirmed on the blockchain.
