All BitLuxe products come with a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
Warranty Covers:
Internal component defects
Electrical or motor faults (if applicable)
Structural damage caused by normal usage
Warranty Does Not Cover:
Misuse, negligence, or damage due to improper handling
Normal wear and tear
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
To file a warranty claim, please email support@bitluxe.fun with:
Proof of purchase (Transaction ID or invoice)
Photos/videos of the defect
Description of the issue
Once verified, our team will arrange a free replacement or repair, as applicable.
BitLuxe reserves the right to approve or deny warranty claims at its sole discretion.
